This system perfectly integrates visual inspection for missing parts, misalignment, inversion, dislocation, reverse placement, open circuits, and poor solder joint appearance, with electrical tests for short circuits and open circuit failures. The PCB board uses probes to measure the differences between actual voltage, current, and specified specifications, thereby determining whether the PCB function is normal.
