Functions and Advantages:
1.Product input and output, 24-channel voltage acquisition card, acquires input voltage from DC0-150V, sends logical commands via PLC.
2.Temperature acquisition function, using a temperature acquisition module to instantly read the temperatures of the product area and load modules for control.
3.Faulty product alarm function, IO board logic judgment, if there is input but no output or no input but output, the system identifies it as a faulty product and triggers an audible and visual alarm via a buzzer.
4.Machine parameter settings, aging time, ON/OFF timing, input voltage, and load recording are saved. Upon startup, these settings can be directly retrieved without the need for reconfiguration each time.
